Account Information

  • What We Collect: Your name and email address, and your Google profile name and picture if you sign in with Google. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
  • Purpose: To create and manage your account, credits and subscription, and to send service emails such as verification, password resets and receipts.

Submitted Content

  • What We Collect: Text prompts, images, and other files you submit, and the images and videos you generate.
  • Purpose: To provide the requested generation and editing results and to keep your library available to you.

Purchase Information

  • What We Collect: Your plan, orders, and credit balance and history. Card and payment details are collected by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Purpose: To process payments, grant credits, and prevent fraud.

Usage and Device Information

  • What We Collect: IP address, browser type, operating system, language settings, pages visited, and error events.
  • Purpose: To keep the service reliable, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse such as duplicate sign-ups for free credits.

Cookies

  • What We Collect: Small data files that keep you signed in, remember your language, and record a campaign source for 30 days if you arrive through one. Our bot protection and Google sign-in may set their own cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how pages are used, including heatmaps and recordings of clicks and scrolling with typed text masked; visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.
  • Purpose: To maintain website functionality and remember your preferences.

  • What We Collect: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your email address and message content.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, and we will do so within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

  • With trusted service providers who help us operate Kling4 AI, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and bot protection), our AI model providers (to generate your content), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), and our email providers.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
  • To protect Kling4 AI, our users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.

Content you make public with a share link can be viewed by anyone with the link.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can update your profile in Settings, close your account under Settings → Profile, or email us for any other request.

Children

Kling4 AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
